Radisys, one of world’s leading open telecom solutions and India’s largest private sector company, Reliance Industries agreed terms that states Reliance will acquire Radisys for $1.72 per share in cash. The acquisition powers the global innovation and technology leadership in 5G, IoT and other open source architecture adoptions. With certain customary closing conditions, the transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2018. Also, Reliance Industries intends to finance the transaction via its own internal accruals.
