Before this, he was with Amazon to help build out their newly formed Minneapolis office while also recruiting for positions in Seattle at Amazon’s headquarters and in Boston for their Robotics division. Earlier he was engaged with Robert Half’s technology team, both as recruiter and as a leader of a 12 full-desk recruiting team.
Ryan has a strong hold in sourcing and placing IT leaders from management to C-suite levels with publicly traded, private and startup clients leveraging his diverse background and vast expertise in delivering unrivaled results to his clients. Recently Versique promoted Erik Fortier to Chief Financial Officer and Steve Yakesh to President of Direct Hire and Executive Search. The company even acquired Midwest Financial Search, which is an executive search and consulting firm.
