Schneider Electric Infra on boards Sanjay Sudhakaran as its MD & CEO

Schneider Electric Infrastructure Ltd has elevated Sanjay Sudhakaran as Additional Director, Managing Director, and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for five years from May 1.

Under an inclusive succession development programme, the board of directors accepted the endorsement of the nomination and recompense committee and also sanctioned the resignation of Bruno Bernard Dercle who is currently the Managing Director and CEO.

Sanjay states, “With a vision stemming from a deeply embedded belief that what is right for the environment is right for all stakeholders.”

Sanjay Sudhakaran aims to contribute to building a sustainable and efficient ecosystem through his career. He has 25 years of experience in P&L management & Business Development. Preceding to joining Schneider Electric, he has worked in positions such as Regional Director for ASEAN, Managing Director India & APAC Marketing Director in other global corporations that are into Buildings solutions, automation, and efficiency. Sanjay is currently the Vice President of Schneider Electric Digital Energy Division and has been associated with Schneider Group since 2019.
