Shivani Sharma to Spearhead Digital Growth for India's SMBS at Software One
SoftwareOne Holding AG, a global leader in software and cloud solutions, has announced the appointment of Shivani Sharma as the new SMB Business Head for India. With more than 15 years of expertise in digital marketing, growth strategies, and technology transformation, Shivani will lead efforts to support and drive initiatives for India’s small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), which account for nearly 30% of the country’s GDP.
In her new role, Shivani will focus on uncovering growth opportunities, promoting technology adoption, optimizing software licensing, and providing customized solutions to tackle the unique challenges faced by SMBs. Her goal is to help these businesses become more competitive, innovative, and future-ready in an AI-driven, digital economy.

In her previous role at Embee Software Pvt Ltd, Shivani Sharma was instrumental in launching the Technology eCommerce Portal for SMBs and leading impactful campaigns like "Back to Business with Microsoft" and "SMB-in-a-Box." These initiatives helped onboard over 400 organizations and supported more than 4,000 SMBs by providing modern workplace solutions, cloud computing, ERP, and HRMS.
