Signature Global Buys 48 Acres for Rs.1,070 Crore in Gurugram
As part of its aim to grow its business in response to high customer demand, the real estate company Signature Global paid Rs.1,070 crore for 48 acres of property in Gurugram to develop residential projects during the previous fiscal year.
At a total cost of Rs.1,069.31 crore, the business purchased 47.71 acres of land in several Gurugram (Haryana) sectors.
According to Signature Global, it paid Rs.283.09 crore for 16.16 acres in Sector 71, Rs.670.15 crore for 25.62 acres in Sector 37D, and Rs.116.07 crore for 5.94 acres in Sector 88A.
Pradeep Aggarwal, Founder & Chairman, Signature Global (India) Ltd., said, "We remain committed to building a strong pipeline of future projects. As part of our long-term growth strategy, we continuously replenish our land bank in Gurugram and surrounding areas to match the pace of our growing sales."
This well-rounded strategy guarantees that project development and land acquisition work hand in hand.
The land acquisition, according to Aggarwal, gives the business the confidence to continue large-scale launches.
Gurugram-based Signature Global announced earlier this month that its sale bookings increased 42 percent to a record of Rs.10,290 crore in the 2024–25 fiscal year from Rs.7,270 crore in the previous fiscal year.
It is one of the very few publicly traded companies that generates over Rs.10,000 crore in sales bookings a year nationwide.
According to Aggarwal, the company has surpassed the yearly guidance of Rs.10,000 crore for the fiscal year 2024–2025 and recorded its greatest pre-sales ever.
In terms of other operational metrics, Signature Global has recorded record yearly customer collections of Rs.4,380 crore, representing a 41 percent annual increase.
Additionally, the company's average sales realization increased from Rs.11,762 per square foot in the previous fiscal year to Rs.12,457 per square foot in FY25.
