Sinch names Adobe's Nitin Singhal as India MD

Cloud communications and mobile customer engagement company Sinch has announced Nitin Singhal as its new managing director in India, said a statement issued today. Singhal will lead and build the firm's enterprise and messaging business unit in the country. With his track record of growing businesses, developing talent and high-performance organisations while building strategies for longterm sustainable business, Singhal succeeds Founder Sanjay Goyal, who will continue as a member of the Sinch India board and senior advisor to the Sinch Group.

“India is a key strategic market for us, and we are certain that Nitin’s expansive experience and under standing of the market will prove to be extremely valuable as we
strengthen our focus on enabling best of breed messaging experiences and adding CPaaS capabilities for our existing and new customers in the region, as well as leverage the ecosystem of India for supporting other functions globally”, said Anders Olin, Sinch president, enterprise and messaging.

Singhal Will Lead And Build The Firm's Enterprise And Messaging Business Unit In The Country


Singhal joins the company from Adobe, where he was the Managing Director, DX Business and focused on helping organisations across the industry transform digitally to reach business success. Previously, he has held positions at Oracle and Salesforce with over three decades of experience. “These are exciting times as we are on the brink of a digital transformation and intelligent communications revolution. There is boundless potential in India with promising infra structures and I look forward to working with the team to develop simplified solutions to solve complex consumer communication problems for enterprises”, said Singhal. The firm is headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, and has a local presence in more than 50 countries.
