SirionLabs Among Fast Company's List of the World's Most Innovative Companies for 2021

SirionLabs has been named to Fast Company’s prestigious annual list of the World’s Most Innovative Companies for 2021, ranking among the Top 10 in the Enterprise category alongside organizations such as Microsoft, Twilio, and Honeywell.
The list honours the businesses that have not only found a way to be resilient in the past year but also turned those challenges into impact-making processes. These companies did more than survive, they thrived—making an impact on their industries and culture as a whole. This year’s MIC list features 463 businesses from 29 countries.

“It’s an honour to be recognized as an Enterprise leader in Fast Company’s World’s Most Innovative Companies list,” said Ajay Agrawal, Co-founder, and CEO of SirionLabs. “Despite an overwhelming movement towards digital transformation, only 15 percent of Fortune 500 companies measure their contracts’ performance, leading to value leakage of over $2T per year in enterprise engagements. The SirionLabs team, notwithstanding this past year’s challenges, has successfully carried forward its mission to deliver next-gen contract AI technology to help clients get the most out of their commercial relationships.”

SirionLabs CLM leverages artificial intelligence to enable businesses to streamline the complete contracting lifecycle on a single, easy-to-use platform. By enabling fast and accurate insights across the entire contracting process, SirionLabs allows organizations to improve business performance, mitigate risk and strengthen customer and supplier relationships. Over 200 industry-leading organizations rely on SirionLabs to realize the full value in their commercial relationships.
To enable businesses to make the most of their contracts in an increasingly difficult enterprise environment, SirionLabs has prioritized innovation to provide its customers with the most robust and effective solutions on the market. Towards this end, the company announced its latest Series C funding round and new Seattle-based AI technology centre last year.

As businesses’ needs rapidly evolved throughout the past year, SirionLabs launched several products to support their continued success. These include SirionAE, which enables organizations to quickly digitize their legacy contract portfolio and gain full visibility into risks, entitlements, and obligations from a central dashboard, and SirionM&A, which allows businesses to reduce the time of extraction and analysis during merger and acquisition due diligence by as much as 70 percent.

Fast Company’s editors and writers sought out the most ground-breaking businesses across the globe and industries. They also judged nominations received through their application process.

The World’s Most Innovative Companies is Fast Company’s signature franchise and one of its most highly anticipated editorial efforts of the year. It provides both a snapshot and a road map for the future of innovation across the most dynamic sectors of the economy.

“In a year of unprecedented challenges, the companies on this list exhibit fearlessness, ingenuity, and creativity in the face of crisis,” said Fast Company Deputy Editor David Lidsky, who oversaw the issue with Senior Editor Amy Farley.

To coincide with the issue launch, Fast Company will host its first-ever Most Innovative Companies Summit on March 9 and 10. This virtual, multi-day summit will celebrate the Most Innovative Companies in business, provide an early look at major business trends, and offer inspiration and practical insights on what it takes to innovate in 2021.
