Sobha to Invest Rs.800 Crore on Housing Project in Greater Noida
As part of its strategy to grow in the Delhi-NCR real estate market, Sobha Ltd, a real estate developer, will invest over Rs 800 crore to build a luxury home project in Greater Noida.
The property spans 3.46 acres and has 9.3 lakh square feet of development potential, according to the business.
This project was started by the real estate corporation for about Rs 14,000 per square foot. The flats range in price from Rs 1 to Rs 3.5 crore.
This piece of land was purchased by Sobha Ltd. at auction for about Rs 160 crore.
The Delhi-NCR market is already where the company is present. 'Sobha International City' on the Dwarka Expressway is one of the numerous projects it has created in Gurugram.
This is the fifth project in Delhi-NCR and the first in Greater Noida.
