SYKES Opens 4th Centre in Hyderabad, Plans Hiring Hundreds

The global digital marketing and customer service outsourcer SYKES opened its fourth centre in Hyderabad. Located at Laxmi Infobahn (LIB) in the Kokapet area, this huge workspace of close to 44,000 sq. ft. will be its sixth site in the country and the second space it has opened since the lockdown began. This expansion adds another 500- seats to its existing team of 2,000 employees, accommodating its rapidly growing workforce in the country.

Their explosive customer growth has fuelled our business, which has required Sykes’ continued expansion in the country to keep pace with demand. The vibrant office design by SYKES provides a first-aid room for medical emergencies and a separate prayer room to accommodate employee needs. All SYKES sites follow the global safety practices within the premises. Thus, the new site prioritizes zoning to comply with the on-going requirement of social distancing. Its open space plan gives employees enough area to move around without compromising safety.
