US President Donald Trump amplified his demands for a solution to the Russia-Ukraine conflict, stating that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky must "get moving and strike a deal” and urging Europe to cease purchasing Russian oil.

Trump remarked to reporters, “He needs to reach an agreement; Zelensky must come to a deal, and Europe has to halt oil purchases from Russia." Understood? "They discuss it, but they must cease purchasing oil from Russia."

Regarding the tense relationship between the two leaders, Trump remarked, “It takes two to tango." Zelensky and Putin are two individuals who despise one another, and it seems I must be in a room with them, as they cannot be in the same space together. There is significant animosity present.

He justified his summit in Alaska with Putin, stating, “That meeting achieved a great deal,” yet he did not offer proof to back up this assertion.

Trump stressed that Europe's ongoing acquisition of Russian oil was a key concern, stating, “I don’t want them buying Russian oil, and they need to halt immediately." Unjust to us. "They're buying Russian oil, and we need to take action."

He claimed that US economic interests were involved as well: “They purchase everything from the US; different from Biden, who relinquished $350bn, we truly profit. However, I have no desire to earn money. Do you understand what I desire? “I desire for that war to end.”

In reply to a query from a Ukrainian reporter, Trump expressed that he “adores Ukraine” but recognized its grave circumstances: “It should not have occurred. It’s a conflict that ought to have never occurred. The nation is facing extremely grave difficulties. "Yet I will ensure it comes to an end."
