TVS Supply Chain Board of Directors Appoints R. Dinesh as Executive Chairman
The Board of Directors of global supply chain solutions provider TVS Supply Chain Solutions announced on August 29 that its founder/promoter R. Dinesh (Executive Vice Chairman of the Company), has been appointed as the Company's Executive Chairman.
S Mahalingam has stepped down as Chairman, effective August 29, 2023, after serving two terms as an Independent Director.
Furthermore, TVS SCS, a subsidiary of the TVS Mobility Group, announced the appointment of K. Ananth Krishnan and Narayan K. Seshadri to its Board of Directors as additional Independent Directors. With this appointment, the new Board of Directors will have five independent members. S. Ravichandran, Non-Executive Director, has resigned from the company's Board of Directors to pursue personal interests, the company announced in a statement.
