Weekly in-depth sessions with small groups ensured we mastered the lecture and reading materials, keeping us constantly engaged. Beyond academics, the campus was a melting pot of brilliant minds from around the world. The rich history of anti-establishment thought, insightful guest lectures from global personalities, and unforgettable Friday night gatherings enriched my experience immensely. These memories and connections are treasures I hold dear to this day.

Answering this question isn't straight forward, as civil litigation follows an adversarial system combining laws from statutes and judicial rulings. We rely on precedents and sometimes look to foreign jurisdictions for unresolved issues. Key procedural principles include ensuring the completeness of evidence, having a clear grasp of the issues, and a thorough understanding of the relevant legal landscape. These elements are vital before initiating any litigation to ensure a strong, well grounded case.
What is the most challenging liti-gation case you have handled and what are the strategies you proposed to settle it?
There have been many, but one notable case was the Bajaj vs. TVS patent dispute, which stretched on for nearly a decade. Ultimately, both parties realized it was in their commercial interests to settle. My approach involved giving clients candid assessments of potential outcomes and a thorough explanation of the legal complexities.
