Brief us about SICL as an organization. Also, name few of your popular and recent projects.
SICL is a real estate construction firm that has shaped the skyline across the residential and commercial sectors in the southern part of India. The company was conceptualized as an internal engineering division of the Puravankara Group in 2001 to
extend its business model through backward integration in construction. Working under Puravankara helped us to embrace advanced global best practices and strengthen competitiveness in terms of quality, time, cost optimization and technology.

With over 18+ years of experience in the industry, we have delivered more than 15 million sq.ft. of quality construction, most of which are primarily Puravankara projects. This helped us to establish ourselves as one of the best construction companies in South India. Today we are an independent construction partner with our own clientele that ranges from Provident Housing to Bangalore Metro and Bangalore International Airport Ltd. Recently, in the last three months, we have also delivered three large projects of Puravankara namely Purva Westend, Purva Sunflower and Purva Skydale.

SICL is continuously surging ahead in the construction sector. Is there any specific goal or aim which is driving the organization ahead?
If you analyze the construction sector of India along with the Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) companies that are executing the residential & commercial projects you will see that there is none that standsout and excels. Also, there aren’t much companies that can be classified as truly EPC firm, where truly EPC means a company that can handle all the operations starting from the design of the project to delivery of the key. Hence SICL’s sole aim as an organization is to validate its name as one of the most preferred EPC companies in the residential and commercial sectors of India. Besides, looking at the commitment to quality safety best people and sustain ability that SICL possesses, I can definitely say that we are on the right path to becoming the preferred one.

distinguish SICL from other players.

Across dozens of world class projects, we have demonstrated our expertise in design, construction technology adoption and project management. I would definitely like to give an instance of how SICL leverages innovative technology to offer the best services.

Though we use aluminium formwork in our construction process, we are currently using precast technology, a state-of-the-art construction technique to execute one of the challenging highprofile design and build projects, the Provident Park Square(a Rs.415 crore multiphase projects, which comprise of 2000+ apartments, 19 towers and covers 2.5 million sq.ft. of area). Leveraging this technology, SICL is providing a 360-degree solution, ensuring exceptional quality and speed of construction. This is made possible by developing a benchmark precast factory dedicated to the project.

Alongside our disciplined approach ready labor pool adoption of best practices, functionalspecialization and sophisticated inventory management ensure we complete projects on time and within budget. This is what differentiates us from others.

Tell us about your company’s recent revenue growth along with the future roadmap?
Armed with all our capabilities, we aspire to play a pivotal role in redefining and expanding what EPC can mean for everyone that includes residential, commercial and infrastructure projects.

Talking about the revenue, in a short span of time, we have become a Rs.190 crore company and are expected to soon touch Rs.225 crore, a significant achievement in the industry. We aspire to reach Rs.500 crore in the next two years and Rs.1000 crore in the next few years.
