What was the inspiration that led you into the corporate sector?
Women continue to showup in significant numbers in the corporate sphere. Although the gender gap is relatively blur at the beginning, it becomes a quite noticeable at mid management levels, and become almost an endangered species at decision making roles or CXO level positions. There is no better place to start having an impact and addressing gender gaps than the set of women, who are well educated, informed and increasingly conscious.
Tell us about CD Programs and their impacts on women.
Corporate Diva has been bridging gender gaps globally. Every sector/industry/ geography has its own set of unique challenges in the leadership sphere. In order to drive results and create the needed impact, the Corporate Diva team curates and executes customized leadership initiatives through a well researched and structured approach, inclusive of holistic well being and mental health. "Building Women Leaders until Equal representation and then building Just Leaders" serves as the foundation for all of the offerings. These offerings, not only comprise of business acumen and leadership skills but also create an impact on the human side of business, through the philosophy of empathetic
leadership. For instance, we provide CD Rise for young women and interns on the brink of completing their formal education and beginning corporate careers, to CD Plus(India) & UiD leaders (Unity in Diversity, Global) for senior women leaders.
At Corporate Diva, we're here to skill women at every stage of their professional journey. The fact that most women take a career break for varied reasons (child and elder care giving, being the most common
reason),when they return to the workplace, they are worried, sometimes insecure of having missed out on a productive professional phase. For returning career women, we have the Rediscover the Diva in You initiative that upskills, supports and helps them restart sans guilt, fear or regret.

What is the value proposition of the CD and how does it serve as beneficial to the team?
Our offerings assist people in self-mastery, enabling them discover their true potential by providing skills that allow them to adapt to the much challenging VUCA world. Further more, we enhance team learning and develop a pipeline of future leaders; even while operating in a remote setting through virtual coaching, as we implement a learn from anywhere paradigm. Corporate Diva works hand in hand with organizations in order to strengthen their DEI core and build a valuable brand image, that as an Employer of Choice.
Individuals from a multispectrum back rounds, religions, and cultures make up Corporate Diva's ecosystem, referred to as the CD Tribe. In addition to overcoming gender divides, CD coaches and mentors people one mbracing differences, work as a team to achieve a common objective, and enhance the balancing act of work life, more effectively. As a result, teams become more conscious, work harmoniously, and communicate effectively. The UBUNTU ideology is strongly ingrained in our approach towards leadership development.
What did the pandemic mean for your company as well as for you as a professional?
Both the organization and I saw the pandemic as a dark cloud with a brilliant silver lining. Looking back, I see that before the pandemic, we were confined to the belief that "Impact only takes place in an offline mode". We believed that, People learn best when they engage face-to-face, the pandemic helped us to evolve too and changed that narrative for a larger good.
Within ten days of the initial lockdown, we gradually pivoted

Within ten days of the initial lockdown, we gradually pivoted
online. We received international traction in our first online cohort, we even had women logging in from as far away as the United States, working against the clock to learn, because they were so convinced of the value and expertise, we brought to the table & insisted on showing up. Following a successful online cohort, one of the CD advisors aid, "It didn't feel virtual at all, the impact was equally powerful as it was in person."

As a result, while then, we were in three cities in India in January 2020, by March 2021 we already had conducted several domestic and international cohorts, as well as a global summit on Women Leader ship and Diversity, with 700+ people from 14 countries around the world listening to 21 experts from 12 countries, with dignitaries like Ms. Cherie Blair, Mr. Abhinav Bindra, Mr. Mohan Das Pai, and more in support of the summit and with Cherie Blair Foundation for Women in Business UK, MASHAV Israel as our partners.
By the first quarter of 2022, we’ve already expanded into South Africa and Norway, with many more global footprints to follow. Alongside the B2C, our B4B offerings are garnering huge applause, as we become Innovative partners in employee evolution and development for many MNC’s.
What would be your advice to the emerging women leaders?
Believe in your abilities, invest in yourself, and take ownership of your development. Embrace your imperfections, strive for progress over perfection. Never hesitate to embark on a learning journey…
