Determined Rajal perused other certifi cations which includes International Coaching Federation ACC, Dr Marshall Gold smith Certificate for Leadership/Team Coach and the list goes on. Awarded as ‘50 most impactful knowledge Management Professionals’. With GRAVITAS, she has established as a Buddhist leadership coach &strategist making the positive difference to people’s lives to gain triple win (personal professional organizational). What is GRAVITAS and what inspired you to establish the organization?
GRAVITAS’s inception came up with the motive of building leadership capacity at an individual and organizational level. Its’s top down approach starts with recognizing the leadership development program’s purpose and aims to tap the DNA (culture)of the organization with targeted and indepth training.
Having worked as a result oriented hands on leade coach, i can anticipate & deeply empathize with the leadership challenges of rapidly scaling organizations. Also i can recognize and foresee 'what got
them here will not get them there'.
GRAVITAS’s hallmark is its framework called HALLMARK© (Holistic Approach Leveraging my Learnings Mentoring and Realistic Knowledge). So, the HALLMARK© framework makes sure to overcome the difference between viewpoints and structured according to my experiences of developing a leadership capacity both locally and globally while making them harmonize between learning and contributing and being with them till the end through coaching, mentoring, and enjoying working together.
The pandemic time bought a huge turn in my life too and it was the inner call that inspired me to establish GRAVITAS. Its inception was meant for coaching and consulting and to elevate leadership
impact and agility in the leaders of today and tomorrow and bringing out their best potential. It’s my strong belief that leadership can make or break an organization, even if we have the best of technologies and business processes but without an effective leader, all these things are of no use.
