Could you give a brief account of your professional background and experiences? What is the motivation that fuels your daily routines?
I am currently the director of GLOBAL HYDRO INDIA, we are a global MNC and recognized competent partner for hydropower with our innovative products and successful worldwide operation, we are one of the leading Hydro Turbine Manufacturers with complete Engineering to supply with inhouse capability. Based out of Austria, with
many subsidiaries globally, the largest in India, we provide turnkey solutions for Electro-Mechanical Equipment on a water wire basis. We have experience of 1500+ Turbines and 1500MW+ of Power in 40+ countries.
In the past, I have been the Director of MHPP Energies, a company dealing primarily in EPC of Solar Power Projects with other businesses in Gas Insulated Substations and IT/ITES and I have also been the Founder of Aspire Innovations, a company dealing in Branding and Marketing.

I continuously evaluate and refine your leadership approach to adapt to the specific needs and challenges of my business. Some of my approaches are Strategic Thinking, Effective Communication, Team Building and Empowerment, Risk Management, Continuous Learning and Adaptability,Ethical Leadership, and Client Focus and Relationship Building
What is the future destination you are heading towards?
We are creating an infrastructure of Hybrid Power Management, in which you can remotely control and monitor a smart grid, which is a self-sufficient grid. We are using Hydro, Solar, BESS and a smart inhouse automation product to produce 100 percent clean power with 100 percent availability.
