Vijay began his career as an analyst within a healthcare system in New York, where he gained valuable exposure to financial management and healthcare information systems under the mentorship of experienced industry leaders. He later expanded his expertise through consulting roles at Deloitte, leading complex engagements across healthcare and government sectors.

Coming from humble beginnings taught me that every achievement must be earned, and that belief has guided me throughout my career. Moving from an analyst to leading a global healthcare technology company reinforced the importance of discipline, perseverance, and integrity. More than titles or accolades, I value consistency and authenticity. I continue to follow the same disciplined routine I adopted early in my career and believe leadership is built by staying grounded, leading by example, and earning respect through actions rather than position.
What leadership principles have guided your decision-making and contributed to CNT Infotech's sustained growth?
The mentors I worked with early in my career instilled in me the importance of honesty, hard work, and accountability. Those principles continue to shape every decision I make. I believe transparency with clients is essential, especially during challenging situations.

Having grown up with limited resources, I learned that trust is the most valuable asset any business can build, and we continue to earn that trust through integrity, operational discipline, and consistent execution.
