Tulu Health Expands U.S. Reach with AI-Powered Longevity OS

Separator

imgTulu Health, an AI-native healthcare company building the operating system for the longevity economy, announced the launch of Longevity OS. The platform turns fragmented clinical, laboratory, wearable, and engagement data into daily actions designed to improve patient retention, engagement, and clinic revenue. The company also announced plans to expand its U.S. presence.

Tulu Health was founded by Dr. Adil Khan, a physician entrepreneur with an MBBS from Delhi University and a fellowship from Stanford-India Biodesign, alongside co-founding engineering team with experience at Innovaccer, a U.S.-based healthcare technology company valued at more than $3 billion. Since inception, the company has been fully bootstrapped and currently supports more than 40 healthcare sites and 500 providers across four countries: the United States, the United Arab Emirates, Malaysia and India.

The company says its AI systems have automated more than 100,000 healthcare operational tasks, with YoY growth of more than 90 percent. With Longevity OS, Tulu Health is extending this operational expertise to the longevity and preventive health sector.

Longevity and wellness clinics collect significant amounts of clinical, laboratory, wearable, and engagement data, but often lack the tools to turn it into timely action. As a result, patients may disengage without the care team identifying the risk until renewal is approaching. Longevity OS creates a unified patient twin and activates that intelligence through AI Voice, SMS, and other channels to identify patients at risk of disengagement before renewal.

"Longevity is the next frontier in healthcare, serving a growing population that wants to live healthier, more active lives. We aim to support more than 30,000 clinics by helping them turn patient data into timely action, stronger engagement, and sustainable revenue growth." - Dr Adil Khan

"What makes it unique is that it operates rather than reports. Most tools tell you what happened last quarter; Tulu turns the same data into a daily work queue. For a practice like mine, that's the difference between having data and actually acting on it." says Dr. Luke Sorrell, MD, FACP, founder of SorrellMD, a longevity clinic

A.S. Pillai, former Group CFO and CEO of banks and hospital chains across the Middle East, said, “Tulu Health is addressing one of the most critical levers for financial sustainability: improving cash flow, reducing revenue leakage, and bringing predictability to financial performance.”

The company’s experience automating healthcare operations for hospitals and health systems forms the foundation for Longevity OS. Tulu Health is preparing for its first institutional financing round to support U.S. market expansion and product development.
