The ProPak Vietnam 2025 exhibition brought together global leaders in packaging, processing, and brand security, highlighting the latest advancements in sustainable packaging and anti-counterfeiting solutions. Among the key participants was Vikas Jain, Founder & CEO of Acviss, who led a seminar on The New Age of Brand Protection, emphasizing the role of AI-driven authentication, blockchain-integrated labeling, and non-cloneable security solutions in safeguarding brands against counterfeiting.

AIP's Vietnam Packaging Forum: A Step Towards Industry Transformation
For the first time, the Australasian Institute of Packaging (AIP) supported ProPak Vietnam, introducing an extensive educational program aimed at enhancing knowledge on sustainable and secure packaging. The event featured a one-day Vietnam Packaging Forum, hosting 19 industry leaders, alongside specialized training courses on sustainable packaging design and food packaging’s role in minimising waste.

The AIP’s inaugural participation in Vietnam was met with overwhelming success, attracting a high-caliber audience and fostering discussions on emerging technologies that redefine packaging integrity. As part of this knowledge-sharing initiative, Vikas Jain’s seminar on advanced anti-counterfeiting mechanisms stood out as a pivotal session, capturing industry-wide interest.

Jain commented on the significance of the event, saying, "It was inspiring to see industry leaders come together to tackle the challenges of counterfeiting and packaging security. Events like these highlight the need for continuous innovation in our approach to brand protection.”

Revolutionizing Brand Protection: Acviss's Cutting-Edge Technology
As counterfeiting becomes increasingly sophisticated, traditional holograms, QR codes, and security labels are no longer sufficient deterrents. Acviss’s next-gen non-cloneable labeling solutions were a highlight at ProPak Vietnam, offering brands a robust and future-proof method to protect their products. The solutions leverage AI-powered security, blockchain traceability, and dynamic authentication protocols, ensuring impossible-to-replicate product validation. "The feedback we received from industry professionals at ProPak Vietnam was clear,” says Vikas Jain. “There is an increasing demand for smarter, more resilient packaging security. Businesses are looking for solutions that are not just effective but also adaptable to changing market conditions."

How Acviss's Non-Cloneable Technology Works:
Acviss employs a unique security labeling system that helps brands and consumers verify product authenticity with ease. Each product features a specially designed security code that can be scanned via a mobile device, allowing instant verification. Unlike conventional methods, this system ensures that duplication is nearly impossible, providing a more reliable safeguard against counterfeiting.

To further enhance security, Acviss’s blockchain-powered track and trace system records every verification attempt, creating a transparent and reliable record of product movement. This allows brands to maintain better oversight of their supply chains while ensuring that consumers receive only genuine products. The system provides businesses with valuable insights into distribution and potential points of concern.

Consumers can easily check a product's authenticity through a simple scan, giving them confidence in their purchase. At the same time, brands can monitor authentication data and be alerted to potential counterfeit activity. This two-way system strengthens trust between businesses and their customers while making it easier to address security concerns.

The labeling technology is designed with security in mind, featuring tamper-evident properties that make it clear if any unauthorized access has occurred. This added layer of protection helps brands maintain product integrity throughout the entire supply chain, discouraging counterfeiters from attempting replication.

Acviss is enabling global brands in pharmaceuticals, food and beverages, cosmetics, and electronics to maintain trust and regulatory compliance while actively combating counterfeiting.

Industry Response & Future Opportunities
The overwhelming reception at ProPak Vietnam 2025 reinforced the urgent need for reliable and scalable brand protection solutions in Southeast Asia’s rapidly growing markets. Discussions at the Vietnam Packaging Forum opened up new avenues for collaboration between Acviss and key stakeholders, including packaging manufacturers, regulatory bodies, and multinational brands.

Acviss’s participation aligned with broader sustainability trends, as its digital authentication tools contribute to reducing packaging waste by eliminating the need for disposable security elements like holograms and redundant packaging layers.

Looking Ahead: The Future of Secure Packaging
With counterfeit - related losses exceeding trillions of dollars annually, the demand for AI-driven authentication and blockchain-secured track-and-trace solutions is at an all-time high. Acviss remains at the forefront of this revolution, helping brands adapt to next-generation security while ensuring compliance with global anti-counterfeiting regulations.

As the AIP looks forward to returning to Vietnam in 2026, Acviss is set to deepen its presence in the region, forging new partnerships and advancing the adoption of non-cloneable packaging technology across diverse industries.
