Alvarez & Marsal Appoints Amit Dakshini to Lead Automotive Focus

A&M India has named Amit Dakshini as a key member of its Business Transformation Services division. Situated in Mumbai, his primary objective will be to enhance the firm's collaborations with automotive original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), suppliers, and stakeholders.
Amit possesses more than 28 years of experience in P&L leadership and strategic positions within leading automotive suppliers of Tier I in regions such as India, Southeast Asia, Central Europe, North America and Latin America.

His expertise encompasses growth strategy, market expansion, product planning, engineering transformation, and business revitalization.
Prior to her tenure at A&M, Amit held the position of overseeing the automotive consulting division at Arthur D. Little in India and South Asia. In this role, he collaborated with high-level executives from international OEMs, supplier networks, and financial sponsors to spearhead strategic transformation initiatives.
