Appiness Acquires San Francisco-based AI Specialist iLumaLab

imgAppiness Interactive Private Limited, a strategic business consulting company based in Bengaluru that focuses on addressing intricate business problems using advanced digital and technological solutions, has revealed its purchase of iLumaLab, a specialized AI services firm from San Francisco established by AI expert Patrik Šlachta.

This purchase represents an essential enhancement to Appiness' AI Centre of Excellence Program (AI-CoE) and constitutes a significant milestone in the company's international growth plan, bolstering its presence across North America.

The Appiness AI-CoE Program is dedicated to promoting practical artificial intelligence implementation through research, development, and tangible enterprise integration, connecting strategic planning, technological advancement, and human understanding to generate quantifiable business results.

Appiness selected iLumaLab due to its innovative methodology for developing tailored AI solutions that combine process automation, intelligent data analysis, and user-focused design principles. This purchase introduces novel innovation and experimental potential that complements Appyverse, the dynamic AI platform developed by Appiness that aims to revolutionize organizational AI implementation and user experience.

After the acquisition is completed, iLumaLab's personnel will join Appiness, supporting the expansion of its US business and the ongoing development of Appyverse, the organization's fast-growing artificial intelligence platform.
