The perimeter presently has approximately 2,800 employees throughout Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Uruguay, and Peru.

This divestiture is a component of the ‘Genesis’ transformation strategy, designed to bring Atos Group back to sustainable growth and enhanced profitability by concentrating on key geographies and assets like AI, cloud-enabled, secure solutions and services. Upon completion, the acquisition would enhance Semantix’s offerings and establish it as one of South America’s leading providers of AI and Data Enterprise services and technology.

Established in Brazil in 2010, Semantix started with a small team and a strong conviction in data's transformative potential.
