Bharat Forge, Agile Robots Explore AI-Driven Robotics Partnership
Bharat Forge has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Agile Robots S.E., a Germany-based company, to investigate a strategic partnership in AI-powered robotics and smart industrial automation.
The collaboration seeks to collaboratively create and implement innovative automation solutions in civilian manufacturing industries, such as automotive, healthcare, and consumer electronics.

The partnership combines Bharat Forge’s extensive manufacturing and industrial knowledge with Agile Robots’ skills in advanced robotics and automation.
Through the MoU, both companies will collaborate on creating tailored solutions for manufacturing, industrial consumer packaged goods (CPG), and logistics, while modifying Agile Robots’ current technologies for markets in India and Southeast Asia.
A primary focus of the collaboration is the creation and implementation of advanced vision- and AI-driven robotic systems.

These solutions aim to facilitate the establishment of entirely autonomous, or "dark," factories, allowing for greater efficiency, accuracy, and scalability in industrial processes.
