BuildSpace Aims Industrial, Rs.600 Crore Logistics Development
Logistics infrastructure firm BuildSpace Development Management has revealed a development pipeline exceeding three million sq ft through four projects, with a projected value of Rs.600 crore.
Additionally, the company stated that it has over 165 acres of land assigned for development purposes.

The company's primary focus involves the Sahakar Logistics Park in Bhiwandi, a 42-acre Grade-A industrial and logistics project featuring around 1.3 million sq ft of chargeable development capacity.
The project is currently being developed and is being promoted for leasing, encompassing built-to-suit needs from logistics, distribution, and manufacturing tenants.
BuildSpace is focusing on both established and developing industrial corridors in Maharashtra, particularly in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Ranjangaon, Nashik, and Nagpur. It is additionally assessing possibilities in specific growth markets like Dholera and Guwahati.
Established in 2025 and based in Navi Mumbai, BuildSpace Development Management Pvt. Ltd. is a comprehensive platform for the development of industrial and logistics infrastructure. The company was created to tackle fragmentation in the industrial and logistics industry by linking land, development, and capital via its three divisions — BuildINFRA, BuildVALUE, and BuildWEALTH.

According to management's projections, the recognized development pipeline signifies an estimated project worth of around INR 6,000 million, whereas the land under mandate is valued at roughly INR 5,000 million.
Collectively, these account for an approximate value of about INR 11,000 million (these numbers should not be seen as contracted revenue, company worth, or land directly held by BuildSpace).

BuildINFRA offers tailored industrial and logistics infrastructure for manufacturers, third-party logistics providers, and other tenants. Options can encompass custom-built facilities, pre-configured spaces, and project execution tasks on land owned by the occupant.
