Cyrix Healthcare Buys Blue Star E&E’s MedTech Solutions Business

Cyrix Healthcare has finalized the purchase of the MedTech Solutions division from Blue Star Engineering & Electronics Ltd. (Blue Star E&E), starting on September 1, 2026. The purchase enhances Cyrix’s abilities in medical imaging, equipment sales, installation, maintenance, repairs, refurbishment, and lifecycle management.
The acquisition unites Blue Star E&E’s well-established MedTech Solutions sector, skilled professionals, client connections, and extensive knowledge in multi-brand CT and MRI with Cyrix Healthcare’s expanding Total MedTech Management platform.

All current Blue Star E&E MedTech Solutions clients will still receive support from the same knowledgeable teams, now integrated into Cyrix Healthcare, guaranteeing uninterrupted service.
Blue Star E&E’s MedTech Solutions group offers vast expertise in CT and MRI, encompassing sales, clinical applications, installation, maintenance, repairs, and equipment oversight. The team possesses experience from over 250 CT and MRI installations, alongside solid customer connections and imaging knowledge throughout India.
The enhancement boosts Cyrix’s abilities throughout the medical imaging process—ranging from equipment sales and clinical applications to installation, maintenance, repairs, and refurbishment.
Blue Star E&E's refurbishment skills will enhance AURUM, Cyrix's business in refurbished medical equipment, especially in CT and MRI systems. The integrated platform will enhance access to refurbished equipment, spare parts, and accessories, bolstered by Cyrix’s warehouse and service network throughout India.

Cyrix Healthcare has centered its operations on Total MedTech Management, assisting healthcare providers in overseeing medical technologies throughout their entire lifecycle via one responsible partner.
