DayOne Strengthens Board with Nicolas Aguzin Appointment

DayOne Data Centers Limited, a global hyperscale data center platform based in Singapore, today declared the appointment of Nicolas Aguzin to its Board of Directors.
Aguzin has over thirty years of leadership experience in global financial services, capital markets, and institutional business in Asia and worldwide. He most recently held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited ("HKEX") from 2021 to 2024, during which he managed one of the foremost exchange groups globally amid significant transformations in international markets.
Before joining HKEX, Aguzin worked over 30 years at J.P. Morgan in multiple leadership positions, including Chief Executive Officer of J.P. Morgan's International Private Bank and Chief Executive Officer for J.P. Morgan in the Asia Pacific region. Aguzin is currently a board member of Mercado Libre, Globant, and Pampa Energía, offering insights from technology, e-commerce, and the energy infrastructure that increasingly supports digital expansion.
His appointment enhances DayOne's Board as the company works to establish a premier digital infrastructure platform in vital markets throughout Asia-Pacific and Europe. Aguzin's background in managing intricate, worldwide financial institutions will aid DayOne in strengthening connections with global partners and addressing the rising need for cloud and AI-ready infrastructure.
