DecisionX, a company focused on Decision AI that creates decision infrastructure for leaders in strategy, analytics, and operations, has announced the hiring of Shantha Maheswari Sekhar as Strategic Advisor for GTM and Industry Relations. In this position, she will collaborate with the DecisionX leadership team to expand the platform throughout enterprise sectors, strengthen industry connections, and provide board-level insights into the company’s growth strategy.

The appointment arrives at a crucial time for DecisionX, as the firm shifts its initial enterprise interactions into a wider vertical strategy for analytics and strategy teams, while enhancing its leadership and advisory talent in preparation for the upcoming growth phase.

Shantha, a past Managing Director at Accenture and a senior executive at EY, has over thirty years of experience directing intricate business and technology transformations in consulting, technology, and various industry sectors.

She has directed consulting practices, developed Centers of Excellence, entered new regions, and influenced go-to-market strategies across consumer, healthcare, life sciences, financial services, and industrial sectors. She participates on several boards as an independent director and consultant, and is presently working toward a Doctor of Business Administration in AI and Machine Learning at the University of Texas at Austin and Walsh University.

In her advisor role, Shantha will be helping DecisionX on two key priorities. “Some of the most consequential AI work in the enterprise today is happening in the context layer, where an AI system actually understands what the data means, why it moves, and what decision it should drive. The team at DecisionX has approached this with rare technical depth and clarity of purpose. I am delighted to partner with Ranjan and the founding team to bring this work to more enterprises, and to ensure the value reaches the strategy and analytics leaders who need it most”, says Shantha Maheswari Sekhar, Strategic Advisor, GTM and Industry Relations, DecisionX.

Shantha is the first of several senior advisors DecisionX plans to announce in the coming weeks, as the company formalises its leadership and advisory structure ahead of broader market visibility.
