Dentsu India Names Sujata Dwibedy and Jose Leon as New CEOs
Dentsu India today announced major leadership appointments with two roles. It designated Sujata Dwibedy as Chief Executive Officer of dentsu X and Jose Leon as CEO of its retail media business. Both will report to Anita Kotwani, CEO Media, South Asia, dentsu.
Dwibedy will spearhead dentsu X as CEO, driving integrated excellence throughout media, technology, and creative services. Her focus will be on the formation of transformative partnerships, all while assuring fantastic client and consumer outcomes. With years of experience in results-driven strategies, she is best equipped for leading dentsu X towards sustained growth and enhanced market leadership.

Leon will be tasked with the challenge of being at the helm, as the new CEO of a retail media company, to co-create incremental revenues with retailers who have expertise of both the selling and buying ends of retail media. He says Retail Media-or New Stream Mediaremains poised to be game-changers by boosting retailer margins.

Leon, who previously served as CEO of dentsu X, brings deep expertise in technology, commerce, and digital consulting. He has held leadership positions at global digital platform companies, including Adobe and Publicis.
