Finolex Industries Announces Leadership Changes
Finolex Industries Limited has declared important leadership changes to guide the company's future growth and evolution. As of November 1, 2025, Udipt Agarwal has been appointed as the Managing Director, and Rambabu Sanka has been designated as the Technical Director since August 2, 2025.
Udipt Agarwal has more than three decades of experience in the chemicals, bio-industrial, and specialty materials industries.

He earned a B.Tech. from HBTI Kanpur and is a graduate of INSEAD, where he gained extensive knowledge in operations, business management, and market development in Asia.
With his considerable expertise in the sector and in leadership, he is expected to lead Finolex's upcoming expansion efforts.
Rambabu Sanka has recently taken on the role of Director - Technical, bringing with him close to forty years of experience in chemical manufacturing. He has extensive knowledge in VCM/PVC operations, and his skills in plant management and process optimization will contribute to enhancing Finolex's manufacturing capabilities.

This transition took place after the retirement of Saurabh Dhanorkar (Managing Director) and Saumya Chakrabarti (Director – Technical). “On behalf of the Board and the Finolex family, I extend our heartfelt gratitude to Saurabh and Saumya for their invaluable contributions, vision, and leadership over the years”.
