
Flavio Moraes Junior to Head Ingram Micro India

Ingram Micro, a global B2B technology ecosystem platform, has named Flavio Moraes Junior as the new managing director and chief country executive for India, beginning October 1, 2025. He will replace Navneet Singh Bindra, who is retiring following more than twenty years of leadership at Ingram Micro India.
Moraes Junior began his journey with Ingram Micro in 2017 as director of digital solutions. After three and a half years in this position, he was elevated to the role of Brazil chief executive.
Throughout his leadership, he helped drive Ingram Micro Brazil's operational success in the region, established a robust presence in cybersecurity, and facilitated expansion into the Cloud Marketplace. He was instrumental in accelerating the growth of Ingram Micro's Xvantage digital platform.

Additionally, Moraes Junior spearheaded the strategic purchase of a services firm, enhanced corporate governance through comprehensive process enhancements, and oversaw the organization's cultural evolution.
Prior to joining Ingram, Moraes Junior worked at Claro Brasil as cloud and digital solutions sales director for more than two years, spanning 2015 to 2017.
His career commenced in 1997 when he joined Thomson Reuters as a data center technical specialist. Five years later, in 2002, he transitioned to Embratel as senior product and marketing manager for cloud IT and cybersecurity. He remained with Embratel for over 13 years before moving to Claro Brasil.

Flavio Moraes Junior, who has recently completed the Stanford Graduate School of Business Executive Programme in Leadership and Innovation, speaks Portuguese, Spanish, and English fluently.
