founditfoundit, formerly known as Monster APAC & ME and a prominent jobs and talent platform under the Quess umbrella, has announced three pivotal leadership appointments as the company prepares for its next phase of growth. The new appointments include Pranay Kale as Chief Revenue and Growth Officer, Anupama Bhimrajka as Vice President of Marketing, and Tanesh Arora as Vice President of Candidate Services.

Pranay Kale, who brings over 19 years of experience in SaaS and IT sales, will be responsible for overseeing sales operations across the APAC and Middle East regions. Prior to his appointment, Pranay served as Vice President of Key Accounts at LeadSquared, and has held senior roles at HighRadius and Dun & Bradstreet. He brings extensive expertise in business development, strategic planning, and sales leadership, particularly in the BFSI and NBFSI sectors.

Anupama Bhimrajka, with more than 20 years of experience in brand management and communication, will lead growth initiatives in the APAC and Middle East regions as Vice President of Marketing. Anupama has an impressive career, having served as Head of Consumer Marketing at Lenovo India. She has also held leadership positions at global advertising firms such as Ogilvy, McCann, and Saatchi & Saatchi, as well as Café Coffee Day.

Tanesh Arora, who takes on the role of Vice President of Candidate Services, will focus on enhancing user experience and operational excellence. Tanesh has a robust background in scaling consumer businesses, having previously led growth initiatives at ISDC Global. With over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, and strategic partnerships, Tanesh has also held leadership positions at Airtel, Tata Teleservices, and Evalueserve.
