Following Priyansh Kapoor's departure, Amitesh Shah has been appointed as Zonal CEO-MMR at Godrej Properties. Sandeep Navlakhe will take over as chief operating officer (COO) after Vikas Singhal resigned.  

Amitesh Shah is expected to assume the role of Zonal CEO-MMR, the business announced in an exchange filing on Friday.  Sandeep Navlakhe will start working as the COO on August 1, 2025.  

Amitesh Shah has worked for over 20 years in industries like technology, financial services, and real estate.  He was the Region Head for MMR 1 before taking on this position.

After starting as General Manager–Business Development at Godrej Properties in 2011, he was elevated to Region Head–MZ1.  

Shah was previously ICICI Prudential's Area Sales Manager.  

At HCL Technologies, he started his career as a Senior Management Trainee.  Amitesh has a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) and a Bachelor of Science from St. Xavier's College in Mumbai.  

With over 34 years of expertise, Sandeep Navlakhe has worked on major infrastructure and real estate projects in India's commercial, residential, and aviation sectors.  

In his former role as Chief Project Officer of Adani Airport Holdings Ltd., he oversaw the 220-acre Dharavi redevelopment project and oversaw planning and construction-related activities at seven airports.

Prior to this, he held a significant position at Tata Projects, where he oversaw a Rs.3,750 crore division and other projects like the new Parliament building, Noida International Airport, and more than 50 million square feet of residential buildings.  

He managed the development of seventy-two structures at Palava City at Lodha Group.  

Early in his career, he worked at Larsen & Toubro Construction Limited in a variety of positions, including planning and billing engineer, project manager, and contracts manager.  He spent twenty-three years at L&T Construction.  Sandeep graduated from BITS Pilani with a degree in engineering.
