Green Plains Names Ann Reis as Chief Financial Officer

Green Plains Inc. declared that Ann Reis will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer, starting January 6, 2026. In this position, Reis will oversee the finance department and collaborate with upper management to promote Green Plains' long-term strategic and financial goals.

“Ann contributes extensive financial leadership, industry knowledge, and operational skills to advance Green Plains’ ongoing emphasis on results based on measurement and operational efficiency,” remarked Chris Osowski, President and Chief Executive Officer.

“Her teamwork-oriented leadership style and strategic perspective enable her to effectively contribute to our long-term growth plan,” says Chris.

Reis comes to Green Plains from Southwest Iowa Renewable Energy (SIRE), where she held the positions of CFO, Chief Accounting Officer, and Assistant Secretary of the Board of Directors.

With over 20 years of experience in agribusiness, energy, and financial services, she has held leadership positions at ConAgra Foods and Lincoln Financial Group.

A Nebraska local, she earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Toledo. Reis actively participates in various renewable fuel boards.

Phil Boggs, who has held various finance leadership positions for the past sixteen years, will leave the Company on January 5, 2026. "We appreciate Phil for his extensive years of commitment and contributions to Green Plains," stated Osowski. “We wish him every success in his upcoming pursuits.”
