Gupshup hires Gaurav Kachhawa as Chief Product Officer
Gupshup, a conversational messaging platform, has appointed Gaurav Kachhawa as chief product officer to lead the company’s overall product strategy—including product management, design, growth and analytics—and a global innovation lab.
Kachhawa has previously worked at Adobe Inc., Twitter, Electronic Arts and Zynga. Most recently, he was senior director of product management with the ‘creative cloud’ group at Adobe.
“Gaurav...will be the driving force for our next generation of conversational messaging products and innovative experiences as businesses around the world look to meet their customers on their preferred touchpoints,” said Gupshup CEO Beerud Sheth said.

Gupshup is setting up a 'Conversational AI Innovation lab' in Silicon Valley to tap into the global talent pool and build partnerships with key industry players. It offers services through which companies can create and deploy chatbots for marketing, sales and support.
