Infibeam Appoints R Srikanth as President of Finance & Investor Relations

Infibeam Avenues Limited, one of the market leaders in providing Digital Payments Solution and Enterprise Software Platforms, announces the appointment of R Srikanthas as its President of Corporate Finance and Investor Relations. Srikanth will lead the company’s worldwide financial operations and strategic investor relations. The appointment will further strengthen Infibeam Avenues’ top leadership team that focuses on optimizing the company’s digital payment and platform business globally.

Srikanth has an extensive experience of over 30 years in leading Corporate Finance, Investor Relations, large funding, M&A and end-to-end execution of financial planning and analytics roles. During his tenure, he has worked in functional top leader positions with very large multinationals which include Reliance Jio Infocomm (100 percent subsidiary of Reliance Industries Limited)

as President and CFO where he oversaw Global Finance, Corporate Accounts, Taxation and Audit. Srikanth was a top level management member of RJIL and Apex Body Member of the Company.

Prior to this, Srikanth has provided consultancy services in the area of Corporate Finance & Accounting, M&A including Funding Services to many large domestic and international companies. He has also worked as President & Group CFO of Polaris Financial Technology Ltd for five years and Future Software Limited (a part of Aricent Technologies Ltd) for 14 years respectively, managing the Group and Global Finance & Accounts, M&A, Global Business Finance, Corporate Legal, Global Taxation (direct and indirect), Audit, Global Investor Relations, Group Legal, Compliance, Regulation and Governance. Srikanth was also Head of Finance and Accounts at STP Ltd for over 10 years
