Infosys Undergoes a Definitive Agreement for Acquisition of Simplus

Infosys undergoes a definitive agreement for the acquisition of one of the fastest growing sales force platinum partners in the US and Australia - Simplus. This acquisition together with Fluido's in 2018, is a sure bet to further elevate Infosys' position as an end-to-end sales force enterprise cloud solutions & services provider, offering clients unparalleled capabilities for cloud-first digital transformation. The acquisition is expected to close during the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2020 and is subject to customary closing conditions.

A recognized leader & advisor in cloud consulting, implementation, data integration, change management and training services for sales force Quote-to-Cash applications, Simplus brings to Infosys globally recognized sales force expertise, industry knowledge, solution assets, deep ecosystem relationships and a broad clientele, across a variety of industries including high-tech, financial services, retail, healthcare, life sciences & manufacturing. With offices across North America, Sydney, Melbourne, London, and a large delivery center in Manila; it will further expand Infosys' market coverage worldwide.
