Integrum Energy Infrastructure Files Papers With SEBI

Integrum Energy Infrastructure has submitted initial documents to the markets regulator SEBI to gather funds through an initial public offering (IPO), aiming to bolster its working capital, broaden its project portfolio, and reduce debt.
The suggested IPO includes a new issuance of 1.58 crore equity shares and an Offer for Sale (OFS) of 82.42 lakh equity shares from promoters and current shareholders, making the total offer size 2.41 crore equity shares, as per the draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) submitted.
Funds from the new issuance will be directed toward meeting the working capital needs of the company, investing in its subsidiary Integrum Green Assets Pvt Ltd for the acquisition of wind turbine generators and related equipment, and settling or prepaying some existing debts.
The company based in Bengaluru also intends to allocate the funds for a strategic investment and gaining a controlling stake in Stactiv Energy Services Pvt Ltd, in addition to fulfilling general corporate needs.
In early 2025, Integrum Energy Infrastructure submitted draft documents for a planned listing on the BSE SME platform.
The IPO included a new issue of as many as 49.50 lakh equity shares and an Offer for Sale (OFS) of as many as 5.40 lakh shares from promoters.
Nonetheless, the firm abandoned its intended listing plans.

The firm is a comprehensive renewable energy and energy-management platform aimed at catering to commercial and industrial clients throughout the renewable energy value chain, emphasizing hybrid, wind, and solar initiatives.
By August 31, 2026, the firm had deployed 263.19 MW of renewable energy capacity, including hybrid, wind, and solar initiatives. Its actionable order book registered at 241 MW across these technologies, with the majority consisting of hybrid and wind projects, while the rest stemmed from solar projects.

The lead managers overseeing the proposed IPO are Mefcom Capital Markets, Centrum Broking, and Beeline Capital Advisors. Senvion announced that through this MoU, it will provide and install as many as 50 units of the 4.2M160 model, which could lead to a potential capacity increase of 210 MW in Tamil Nadu, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Karnataka.
Deliveries as per the MoU are anticipated to commence in Q2 FY27 (July–September 2026), followed by staged installation and commissioning. The scope encompasses provision, oversight, and activation.

Previously Senvion clarified that its modular 4XM platform features the 4.2M160 turbine, which was designed and manufactured in India using over 85 percent locally sourced materials. It includes a 160-meter rotor, sophisticated control systems, and analytics-driven operations and maintenance — designed to provide increased yearly energy output and reduced lifecycle expenses across various wind conditions.
