Omara Ventures India Files RHP Ahead of Rs.41.99 Crore IPO

Omara Ventures India Limited, the firm behind the designer jewellery label OMARA, has submitted its Red Herring Prospectus (RHP) and is preparing to launch an Initial Public Offering (IPO) on the BSE SME platform.
The IPO includes a maximum of 13,50,000 equity shares, with each share valued at Rs.296 and Rs.311. The issue size is around Rs.41.99 crore at the maximum limit of the price range. The smallest bid lot consists of 400 equity shares, requiring a minimum application of 2 lots, which amounts to 800 equity shares.

OMARA, the leading brand of Omara Ventures India Limited, functions in the designer jewellery sector. The business provides jewellery made with natural diamonds, valuable and semi-valuable gemstones, along with precious metals like gold and silver.
The company offers a variety of products such as rings, earrings, necklaces, bracelets, and other jewelry items crafted for bridal, special occasion, and daily luxury demands. OMARA has developed a retail concept centered on modern designs and craftsmanship, operating out of Chandigarh. The brand merges classic jewellery craftsmanship with contemporary styles to cater to the evolving tastes of luxury jewellery buyers.

The firm has experienced notable improvement in its financial results, with revenue increasing to around Rs. 45.87 crore in FY26 from Rs.23.52 crore in FY25, based on the financial details revealed in its RHP. EBITDA rose to roughly Rs. 14.42 crore in FY26, an increase from Rs. 4.87 crore in the fiscal year 2025. Profit post-tax also rose to about Rs. 9.36 crore from rupees. 2.73 crore in that same timeframe.
The enhancement in the company's financial performance indicates the expansion of its business scale and profitability as it enhances its standing in the designer jewellery market.
The firm intends to allocate the IPO funds for essential business needs, such as refurbishing and expanding the jewellery boutique, conducting marketing and promotional efforts for the OMARA brand, repaying or settling debts, covering long-term working capital necessities, and other general corporate purposes, as detailed in the company's RHP.
The intended capital allocation is anticipated to aid the company's operational needs while allowing for investments in brand awareness, customer growth, and business development. The RHP submission signifies a significant milestone in Omara Ventures India Limited's path as it advances towards a planned BSE SME listing. The firm will persist in developing the OMARA brand in the luxury designer jewellery market as it progresses toward becoming a publicly traded company.

The company's initial public offering is set to commence on September 30, 2026, and conclude on October 5, 2026.
