JioFinance App Now Usable at Paris Tourist Attractions for Indian Travelers
Jio Financial Services Ltd. has launched the JioFinance app in Paris, allowing Indian travelers to make digital payments at select tourist attractions in the French capital. This initiative aligns with the Paris Olympics, which has attracted sports fans from across the globe.
The JioFinance app supports international payments for buying tickets to the Eiffel Tower and for shopping in-store at Galeries Lafayette Paris Hausmann. Indian tourists can now use the app to purchase tickets via the official Eiffel Tower website, La Tour Eiffel, and shop at the iconic Parisian department store, Galeries Lafayette Paris Hausmann.
In collaboration with Visa, the official payments partner of the Olympic Games Paris 2024, JioFinance has expanded its reach to India House. India House, designed by Reliance Foundation in partnership with the Indian Olympic Association, features the JioFinance app.
"Visa is the official payments partner of the Olympic Games Paris 2024, and in partnership with Visa, JioFinance also has a presence at India House", the Reliance-owned company stated.
JioFinance aims to provide a seamless digital experience for Indian users, regardless of their familiarity with financial technology. "Designed for smooth navigation, JioFinance ensures easy money management at their fingertips", the company added.
This launch is a significant step in enhancing the travel experience for Indian tourists in Paris, offering them convenient and efficient payment options during their visit.
