Kenvue India Names Shilpi Singh as Head of People for India Business

Kenvue, a company focused solely on consumer health in terms of revenue, has named Shilpi Singh as the Head of People for its India operations, starting September 1, 2025. In this capacity, Singh will become a member of both the India leadership team and the HR leadership team for the Asia Pacific region.

 

She possesses a wealth of experience across various sectors and regions, having worked in Asia and Europe with prominent firms such as Pfizer, Diageo, Citibank, and Tata AIA. Throughout her career, Singh has taken on diverse leadership positions aimed at enhancing and transforming organizations through Integrated Talent Management strategies, planning for CXO successions, facilitating Mergers & Acquisitions, and implementing significant Digital and Go-To-Market change initiatives.

Singh has substantial experience collaborating with the Board on crucial elements of organizational strategy and governance. Prior to joining Kenvue, she dedicated over eight years to Pfizer, where she served as the India People Experience Lead for the company’s Commercial division. She was instrumental in the company's transformation from a strong generics player to a prominent innovative Biopharma entity.

Additionally, she has extensive multi-regional experience in Asia, having extended her leadership roles to include responsibilities in Indonesia and Thailand.

Earlier in her career, Shilpi was part of Diageo’s Global Talent team located in London, where she led the company’s flagship Future Leaders Program on a global scale.

 

Shilpi earned a Master’s degree in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from Pune University.

Moreover, she is a certified practitioner in MBTI and Hogan assessments and is an Executive Coach with a certification from AOEC, London. With a deep passion for fostering inclusive, high-performing cultures, Shilpi advocates for unlocking organizational potential by blending strategic vision with compassionate leadership.

Kenvue, a prominent global player in the consumer health industry, has announced the appointment of Niranjani C as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for its India operations. She will take on this vital role within Kenvue’s India Leadership Team as well as the Finance Leadership Team for the Asia-Pacific region, effective immediately.

With over 23 years of experience in leading multinational corporations like Unilever, P&G, Nokia, and Hershey, Niranjani is acknowledged as a dynamic leader in finance and business. She has showcased her proficiency in enterprise growth strategies, financial value generation, shareholder relationships, and digital transformation. At Kenvue India, she is set to play a critical role in guiding financial operations and digital transformations as part of the company's strategic growth objectives in India, a key market within its global strategy.

Niranjani began her professional journey with Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) as a business leadership trainee in 2001, establishing a solid groundwork in business and financial management. Subsequently, she took on significant leadership positions at Nokia, P&G, and Hershey, excelling in areas such as financial planning, supply chain efficiency, and market-entry strategies. As the CFO and Board Member of Hershey India, she was vital in the successful launch of Hershey’s chocolate line and the expansion of its food and beverage offerings, harnessing financial and digital innovations. In 2023, she progressed to the role of Regional CFO for Hershey International, supervising operations across Europe, World Travel Retail, and the Swiss Trading Hub.
