LatentView Analytics Names Remadevi Thottathil as New CHRO
LatentView Analytics Limited, a global data analytics firm, has announced the appointment of Remadevi Thottathil (Rema) as its new Chief Human Resources Officer. With more than 20 years of global experience in talent management, leadership, and organizational development, Rema will play a key role in shaping LatentView’s HR strategy, driving employee engagement, talent acquisition, and fostering employee development initiatives.

Rema made history as the first woman commissioned officer in the Indian Navy to serve as an Air Traffic Control officer for military aviation, marking a pioneering achievement. Before joining LatentView Analytics, she served as the CHRO at Bahwan Cybertek, where she played a key role in supporting the company’s rapid expansion. Rema is a certified Success and Leadership Coach in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), an advocate for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), and actively promotes women’s empowerment through her involvement with various NGOs. On a personal note, she is married to Commander Mohanraj (IN, Retired) and is a mother to two daughters. Currently, she is furthering her education in alternative healing and hypnotherapy.
