Manoj Kohli Joins Adobe International Advisory Board

Adobe has declared the selection of industry expert Manoj Kohli to its International Advisory Board (IAB), showcasing its dedication to assisting multinational businesses in navigating the changes brought about by the AI era.
Established in the year 2021, the Adobe IAB assembles a team of highly skilled and experienced global leaders to assist customers in navigating through swift technological advancements and shifts in the business landscape.

Manoj's recent appointment is anticipated to enhance the strategic depth of the board, especially as more organizations are embracing AI and digital experience technologies to spur innovation and expansion.
Having accumulated more than four decades of comprehensive global leadership expertise in industries such as telecommunications, technology, renewable energy, and digital innovation, Manoj possesses a deep understanding of operations and strategy.
In his current role as Chairman and Managing Partner at MK Knowledge LLP, he provides guidance to CEOs and founders in Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and the US. Additionally, he is committed to mentoring and educating on leadership and strategic principles at renowned business schools worldwide.

He collaborated closely with the leadership teams of various companies such as Ola, OYO, Zomato, Lenskart, Meesho, Flipkart, Swiggy, and Delhivery to navigate through rapid growth, expand their market presence, and drive operational change.

In his earlier professional endeavors, Manoj assumed the role of Managing Director and CEO at Bharti Airtel for a duration exceeding ten years, overseeing operations spanning across 20 different nations. During his tenure, Airtel experienced tremendous growth, increasing its customer count from two million to surpassing 400 million, solidifying its position as one of the leading global telecommunications conglomerates.
Furthermore, Manoj actively participated in the development and implementation of innovative platforms like Airtel TV and Indus Towers, thus making a substantial contribution to the advancement of India's digital infrastructure. Adobe strives to use the knowledge and experience of its advisory board to create a forum for strategic discussions, mutual learning, and practical insights.
