With an experience of more than 20 years in strategy planning, business development, key account management and national sales, Marcellus has also more than six years of experience in background screening industry.
Prior to HireRight, he has worked for First Advantage, Quest Diagnostics, Kelly Services in several lead roles and he was crucial in developing product and services enhancements for candidates and optimizing the hiring lifecycle for employees and HR professionals.
