Commenting on the recent development, Santhosh Kumar, Vice Chairman, ANAROCK Property Consultants, says, “This is a critical appointment and the next step in ANAROCK’S evolution as India’s foremost full-deck real estate services provider. Mayank brings a robust developer-focused growth framework for land transactions to the table. He will also play a leading role in building our residential vertical in South India. With his strong developer relationships across segments and geographies, Mayank has an excellent understanding of various business models and market dynamics across the real estate domain”.
Mayank hold a vast experience of over 15 years in the real estate industry and has a proven track record of drafting transactions and acquisitions on behalf of many real estate developers, corporates and Government agencies. Prior to this, he served as the Managing Director of Land Services international property consultants JLL India. He has closed several high-ticket land deals and acquisition mandates which include some of the largest land transactions on record across large cities in the country. During his career, he has crafted transactions and acquisitions on behalf of prominent real estate developers, corporates and Government agencies.
