New Relic, the Intelligent Observability company, has today announced that it is recognized as a Leader in the IDC MarketScape: Worldwide AIOps 2026 Vendor Assessment (Doc #US54116226, March 2026).
The acknowledgment comes after a thorough assessment of New Relic’s abilities and approaches, which the company asserts underscores its achievement in providing an operational decision framework that links telemetry straight to business results.
This follows further acknowledgment from IDC, which designated the company as a Leader in both the IDC MarketScape: Worldwide Observability Software 2025 Vendor Assessment and the IDC MarketScape: Asia Pacific AIOps Software Platforms 2025 Vendor Assessment.
