OYO Elevates Key Leaders Ahead of IPO
In a major revamping move, IPO-bound OYO made five key promotions, aligning the company for future growth ahead of a public offering. It appointed Sonal Sinha as Chief Operating Officer International and Rachit Srivastava as COO of OYO Vacation Homes in Europe and also elevated Shashank Jain as the new Head of Technology & Online Revenue. Pankhuri Sakhuja will be heading German home listings business Traum and flex-space business Innov8. Ashish Bajpai will be joining as Head of Revenue & Global OTA.
On the change in leadership, OYO's Founder & Group CEO Ritesh Agarwal said, "It's a focused push on agility and adaptability. Our leaders are always finding new responsibilities to keep pace with the shifting dynamics of the market. So, congratulating them for their contributions to the growth of the business at OYO".
The group further said that global COO and Chief Product Officer Abhinav Sinha will move into an advisory role from January next year, while OYO Europe President Ayush Mathur will be leaving to start his new venture.
