In the current fiscal year, Oravel, the parent company of the hospitality technology business Oyo, plans to add 250 vacation houses in India under its upscale European vacation rental brand DanCenter.

About 50 holiday homes were added in the first quarter of FY26, according to Oyo.

With locations in Lonavala, Maharashtra; Kufri, Himachal Pradesh; Ramgarh, Uttarakhand; Chennai and Mahabalipuram, Tamil Nadu; Idukki, Kerala; Jaipur, Rajasthan; Bengaluru, Karnataka; and Delhi, DanCenter has expanded its network of vacation rentals throughout India. Serviced flats and opulent villas are among the options.

In the future, DanCenter also intends to expand into new areas like Telangana and the Northeast. According to the company, this planned expansion is intended to satisfy the growing demand nationwide for upscale, expertly managed holiday rentals.

The brand's primary goal is still to offer only recently built holiday homes, guaranteeing that visitors receive the best possible comfort and service.

Premium features like chef-on-call services, concierge support, committed housekeeping staff, mixology courses, experiential excursions, on-demand barbecue, and more are included in these vacation rentals.

Aditya Sharma, Upscale Business Head, Oravel Stay, said: “At DanCenter, we believe the best way to experience a destination is through its local essence”.

“That’s why our vacation homes across India are designed to offer guests authentic experiences that include local cuisine, cultural interactions, and region-specific experiences that bring them closer to the heart of the place they are visiting”.

“We are also focusing on niche travel groups such as wedding parties and digital nomads.”
