Payal Dayal Joins Sarthak Advocates as Partner Along with Team from AKS
Payal Dayal, previously a partner and head of the corporate practice at AKS Partners, has joined Sarthak Advocates as a partner. She is accompanied by her AKS colleagues: senior associate Shivani Wadhwa and associates Ritika Gupta and Muskaan Chugh.
With nearly 18 years of experience in corporate law, M&A, private equity, and venture capital, Dayal has provided legal counsel to clients in sectors such as pharmaceuticals, logistics, and technology.

Wadhwa has more than six years of experience in M&A, private equity transactions, and corporate compliance. Her career highlights include advising on complex mergers, negotiating key agreements, and facilitating investment transactions.
