Pidilite Appoints Ashish Prasad as new CHRO

Pidilite Industries has named Ashish Prasad as its new chief of human resources, signifying a notable shift in the company's leadership framework.
The action comes after the resignation of existing CHRO Rahul Gama, who will stay with the company until 31 January 2026 to facilitate a seamless transition, the organization stated.
Gama, who stepped down on 11 November 2025, is departing to seek new opportunities beyond the organization. His exit concludes an extensive relationship with the adhesives and specialty chemicals manufacturer, which has been broadening its product range and organizational skills in recent years.
Pidilite stated that Prasad's appointment indicates its aim to enhance its human resources capabilities and aid long-term strategic objectives.
