Practo Appoints Srijesh Kumar as Global CPTO

Practo, one of the most trusted digital healthcare platforms globally, announced the appointment of Srijesh Kumar as their Global Chief Product and Technology Officer (CPTO).

In this role, Srijesh will lead Practo’s product and technology teams end-to-end, driving the next phase of its platform evolution as it scales across global markets and continues to enhance patient and provider experiences.

His appointment comes at a pivotal phase for Practo, as the company accelerates the integration of AI across the healthcare journey, enabling more intelligent, adaptive systems that improve how care is accessed, delivered, and experienced at scale.

As CPTO, Srijesh will be responsible for aligning product and technology into a unified charter, strengthening platform architecture, accelerating product innovation, and building systems that can leverage Practo’s deep healthcare data to deliver more consistent and measurable outcomes. He will work closely with teams across engineering, product, and data to further embed intelligence into every layer of the platform from discovery and decision-making to care delivery and follow-ups.

Srijesh brings over two decades of experience in building and scaling large, enterprise-grade platforms, with a strong track record across product engineering, architecture, and leadership. Most recently, he served as Vice President at Salesforce, where he led product engineering within Industries cloud for loyalty,  promotions management and other marketing excellence capabilities.

Prior to this, Srijesh spent several years at Expedia Group, where he built and led large, distributed engineering and product teams across core travel platforms, helping scale systems globally and integrate acquisitions into a unified architecture. He has also held leadership roles at Punchh, and earlier in his career contributed to foundational product and platform development at Adobe and Microsoft.

Srijesh’s appointment builds on the recent addition of Cijo George as Vice President of Artificial Intelligence, reflecting Practo’s continued investment in strengthening its technology leadership for the next phase of global growth.
